Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information MyGemAi collects, how it is used, and which third-party services process it.

Information we collect

• Account data: the email address and display name you register with, via Google/GitHub OAuth or email and password.
• Submission content: the tool details you submit — name, website URL, description text, category and tags, plus optional logo and screenshots.
• On-site activity: your favorites list and orders you place. Detail-page outbound clicks are aggregated as anonymous counters only, never tied to individuals.

Cookies

We only set the HttpOnly session cookie required to keep you signed in. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.

Third-party services

• Cloudflare：hosts the site and stores data (D1 database, R2 object storage, KV).
• Creem：processes payments for expedited review, featured placements, and ads as Merchant of Record; card details are handled by Creem directly and never reach us.
• Resend：sends transactional email (submission confirmation, review outcome, purchase activation).

Retention and deletion

Account and submission data are retained while you use the service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time; published listings will be taken down with it.
