By using MyGemAi you agree to these terms. Please pay particular attention to the submission-licensing and payment sections.

The service

MyGemAi provides a directory, search, and exposure service for AI tools. We work to keep listings accurate, but each tool's actual functionality, pricing, and availability are governed by its own website.

Accounts

Submitting tools, saving favorites, and purchasing require an account. Keep your credentials safe; do not share your account or impersonate others.

Submissions

• You must have the rights to the content you submit (name, description, images), and the linked destination must be lawful.
• Submitting grants MyGemAi a non-exclusive license to display that content on the site and in its promotional material; you retain all rights to it.
• We decide at our discretion whether to approve or reject a submission, and may take published listings offline if they breach these terms.

Payments and refunds

Expedited review, featured placements, and ads are one-time purchases handled by Creem as Merchant of Record, which also issues receipts. Featured placements and ads run for the purchased period and expire automatically; if a creative fails review or a service cannot be delivered, contact us to arrange a refund.

Prohibited use

Do not submit unlawful, infringing, or misleading content, and do not inflate click counters, abuse the API, or interfere with the operation of the site.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

MyGemAi is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the site.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
