Indeed AI

Indeed AI is not a standalone consumer chatbot; it is a set of AI-assisted employer and job-seeker features inside Indeed’s hiring marketplace. For employers, Indeed uses AI in Smart Sourcing, Sourcing Assistant, Talent Scout, Smart Screening, AI Recruiter, matched candidates, job-description assistance, and ATS-connected workflows. These features help discover, message, screen, and route candidates while keeping hiring decisions with people. Job seekers may also see AI-assisted job matching and application experiences, but employer features and access depend on the market, job type, and subscription.
