Botpress is a platform for building, testing, and deploying AI agents and chatbots. Botpress Studio combines a drag-and-drop workflow editor with knowledge bases, an emulator, custom code, LLM strategies, integrations, and APIs. Teams can prototype conversations, connect business data and services, then publish to webchat or other channels.

Botpress now meters conversations rather than the old message/event packages.

• Free — $0, 25 conversations, 3 agents and 3 seats; hard-capped without top-ups or overages.
• Plus — $150/month billed annually; 250 conversations/month and $25 AI usage. Extra conversation packs cost $65/100.
• Team — $750/month billed annually; 1,500 conversations/month and $150 AI usage, with unlimited agents and seats. Extra packs cost $50/100.
• Enterprise — Custom agreement.
• Storage add-on — $40/month for 100,000 table rows, 1 GB vector storage and 10 GB file storage on eligible paid plans.

At 95% conversation usage, paid accounts automatically buy 100-conversation packs; this cannot be switched off. Unused pack conversations expire at month end. At 95% AI spend, a $10 credit grant is automatically purchased, with unused credit retained for up to 12 months. Custom recharge thresholds, sizes and monthly caps are not yet configurable.
